Compass Campus Map

Compass is the visitor-facing side of the Vicinia platform: a multi-tenant interactive map where people find buildings, parking and services, get walking directions, and explore a campus floor by floor. Each venue gets its own branding, content and SEO, served from its own backend.

I have been one of its two main developers since late 2024, with more than 770 commits. My work covers the sign-in flow (OAuth2, sign-up with phone verification, password reset and account editing), per-tenant SEO tags injected when the container starts, a redesigned shuttle panel with live vehicle positions, temporary closures on the map, 2.5D indoor parking structures, and moving the build from the Angular CLI to Vite.

I also led a large accessibility pass: full keyboard navigation, screen-reader announcements, skip links and an accessible map mode, so the map works without a mouse and without sight. The app ships continuously and has passed 580 releases.
