PAT-Noxim: A Precise Power & Thermal Cycle-Accurate NoC Simulator

Access-Noxim is a widely used cycle-accurate simulator for networks-on-chip, but it ignores how power and temperature affect each other, which makes its power and thermal estimates less accurate. PAT-Noxim adds that cross effect and estimates power and area with architecture-level tools. It also supports pipelined and non-pipelined routers, any number of virtual channels per port, and fabrication technologies from 90 nm down to 22 nm.
